Because a wedding is a complex event, I also take care of:
– Microphone and speech tests
– Photo timing management
– DJ/Catering Coordination
– Placement of the final decorative elements
– Petal distribution / entrance organization
– Envelope and gift management
– Intercom calls if necessary
– Immediate adaptation in case of unforeseen circumstances

How does it work?
• 1st meeting (between 2 and 3 months before): we lay the groundwork and analyze your schedule.
• 2nd appointment (1 week before): we lock down every minute.
• D-Day: I take over.
Prices
€900 excluding VAT
Includes two 1-hour appointmentsand the delivery of the preparatory document.
On-site presence - arrival at the first time in the schedule.
Departure after the start of the dance party.
Excluding mileage costs (€0.97/km from Woluwe-Saint-Pierre).
